Paid memberships are billed in advance through Stripe. Your renewal date and amount are shown during checkout and in the Stripe customer portal accessible from your ClubPay account.
You can cancel a paid membership at any time from your account subscriptions page or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Except where required by law, membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact ClubPay support within 14 days and include the creator name, charge date, and reason for review.
Creators are responsible for delivering the membership benefits described on their profile and tier pages. ClubPay may mediate obvious billing mistakes or policy violations but does not guarantee specific creator outcomes.
Unauthorized charge disputes are handled through Stripe and may result in temporary access removal while the case is reviewed. Abuse of chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
Some creators offer trials or discount campaigns. Promotional terms are shown at checkout. After a trial ends, the subscription converts to paid billing unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Creators receive payouts through Stripe Connect according to Stripe availability, reserve rules, and ClubPay platform fees. Manual payout reports may be used for operational reconciliation during early launch phases.
For billing help, open your account subscriptions page first, then contact support with your receipt email and creator username so we can investigate quickly.
