These terms govern your use of ClubPay as a fan, creator, or administrator.

ClubPay is a creator membership platform operated for fans and independent creators in Asia and other supported markets. By creating an account, subscribing to a creator, or publishing content as a creator, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Creators must provide accurate profile information and comply with our content policy. ClubPay may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Email verification is required for password-based accounts. We may require a password reset for accounts flagged by our team.
Creators retain ownership of their content but grant ClubPay the limited rights needed to host, display, and deliver it to subscribers. Creators are solely responsible for their posts, newsletters, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws.
Paid memberships renew automatically through Stripe until canceled. Prices, benefits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout. ClubPay charges creators a platform fee on successful subscription payments as disclosed on the pricing page.
You may not use ClubPay for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized copyrighted material, explicit adult content, sexualized minors, non-consensual imagery, hate speech, or investment-return guarantees.
We may suspend, reject, or terminate creator profiles or user accounts that create legal, payment, or community risk. Creators may stop publishing at any time, but existing subscriber obligations continue until canceled under Stripe billing rules.
ClubPay is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, creator earnings, or specific business outcomes. ClubPay is not an investment adviser and creators must not promise guaranteed returns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClubPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, creator content, or third-party payment processing.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For legal or billing questions, contact support through your ClubPay account or the email address shown on creator receipts.
